Diversity and Inclusion is Good for the Bottom Line

Think about the diversity of your users. This is a very important part of usability.

    Nice try. So the world itself is diverse and therefore humans are diverse. But you are referring to a culture or color. This does not fly or wash. You make the argument that companies should hire based on color and that is a fallacy.
