I have worked in a few warehouses as a temp. What I have seen both lifting and safety layout wise in some places could be better. Most company’s do want workers to be mostly safer, but this is all so why they hire temp workers who will put up with less safe work sites. The holidays in North America are one of the peak times for those workers getting hired. The longer term employees they do care more about. I had to be extra careful working at work sites like that. Yes their usable was sub par.
