Dell support sucks!
I believe that Dell deceive customers by advertising “next business day support” service. It is newer next day. I am considering class action against Dell. If you are interested to join please email at class.action.against.dell@gmail.com

Just proves rule #1 about sales: You don't need to know the product in order to be able to sell the product.

My stepfather sold Cadillacs for almost his entire adult life, and to this day has absolutely no clue about anything mechanical. People would ask him details about the engine and he would say "It's a good GM engine, made in America. Now, let's see how you look behind the wheel!"

I think I liked “Make sure your memories are protected.” the best. It's got "all time classic" potential.

Actual quotes heard after posting:

"If you download everything from NASA maybe you'll fill up this 120GB drive."

"More memory than you'll ever need."

"Media direct button. Coolest thing ever."
