    Good article. This is the common sense type stuff of saving seconds per transaction that add up to hours per year that got me interested in usability. It is just so satisfying to use a system when things are efficiently laid out with the intended use in mind. A good example is how this comment form remembered my name.

    What strange logon system… maybe it needs a total redesign instead of simply worrying about the focus of the fields.
