					<description>I hate it when people mumble in the classroom. Even if I am sitting right in front of the instructor, I try to talk to the person in the furthest corner of the room so everyone can hear. This goes for conference calls on speakerphone as well - don't talk to your neighbor, talk to the phone. And at NYSDOT, we have been using the two-sided name cards forever! :-)</description>
