How to fit 4 email addresses on one line!

I’ve just started reading The Validity of the Stimulated Retrospective Think-Aloud Method as Measured by Eye Tracking (PDF, 340Kb), which is a pretty good article. By chance, I took a close look at the author information. Here’s a pretty clever way of jamming several email addresses onto one line:

{zguan, sllee, ecuddihy, jramey }@u.washington.edu

I wasn’t sharp enough to instantly grok it because it wasn’t something I’d seen before. Maybe you’ll have better luck. You wouldn’t be here if you weren’t sharp!

What’s the issue? Well, it only works if everyone’s from the same organization. That’s pretty limiting but I still think it is cool.

Wow, that was a new one. I am not I would have got it if I just happen to come across it.

Personally I think have made 4 full email adresses. I would need to be very desperate in terms of screen space to do this.

BTW: Multible organizations? no problem :o)

Hmm… Rule number one, dont write comments after midnight - spelling and being sleepy doesn’t mix very well.

I meant to write: “I would not get it if…” and “personally, I think I would make 4 full adresses”

    Sorry…

    Hey! This was really clever!

I have never seen this before, but I understood it at once!

And I do not agree with Thomas Baekdal on his way of making it compatible with multiple domains. If there are several domains involved it whould be better just to write all the addresses separately.
