In the last rental car I had, we never did figure out if the mirrors were adjustable from inside - luckily pushing them from outside did work.
Digital cable? Now it takes the dance of the seven veils to record on the VCR. I just resort to using the VCR on the TV without the digital box rather than go through all that misery. Of course if we just add the optional DVR service at Heaven Knows What Price, that would fix that little problem. It seems if you have a monopoly, negative usability is the incentive.
That’s hardly a well-written article. Some random person said some vague quote that’s kind of related to the story. The story mentions some survey and there’s no summary of results.
Really, is it too much to ask that people publishing news have some sort of journalism training?
