Technology Disrupts
Here’s a little story from Daniel Szuc:
“Last night on the bus ride home, 2 people were enjoying their 3G mobile phones. Both were watching video content with the volume on high. In addition to this, other mobile phones were ringing (some regular ring tones, some polyphonic). My question is, as these new services take off, what impacts will this have on quiet time on the bus or elsewhere? Does it depend on the community? Hong Kong is a particularly mobile hungry community.”
Do you dive into your own technology and then alienate and disrupt others? Are you turning into a monster? On this topic, I’m worried about cell phones on planes.
