    Related is Jeffrey Veen: Making A Better Open Source CMS. Content management system is a strange term to use if usability isn’t a top priority, and with a few exceptions, it isn’t.

    The interesting organisational question is: How do you get people to publish in the first place? Whats their incentive? How does it map into their existing job function? Do people read it anyway? How does it map into helping their end users?
