Thanks for the link, John. This is a good article and so might be some of the articles from the links. I remember being fascinated by Kahneman and Tversky’s research back when I was in Grad School which covered some of this stuff. I regret not pursuing it.
Anyway, I’m not as pessimistic as Blodgett is. I think people can and do learn though no doubt, these are mistakes we make (and sometimes make again).
