It seems rather lacking honestly. Especially since you know it can only have a limited number of jobs given people have to pay $185 to post a job on the site.

I would disagree with that last comment about the price. Many job sites seem to be charging twice that in the $300 range and they only get 30 days to post. It seems that MORE jobs will come since its half the cost for twice the amount of posting time.

Hey - found a ton of new jobs on HFcareers.com for usability/human factors/ergonomics folks. I just applied to a bunch of them so hopefully i get a job soon.

As an employer, HFcareers.com has been a big part of our hiring process for new usability techs. The resume search feature is comparable to the bigger job sites - just without all the junk! Also, got a ton of responses on our posted jobs. Kudos to the HFcareers guys!
