There is a great MP3 posted on Chris Pirillo’s web site. The non-technical user in the interview says “easy to use” about 50 times. Instead of understanding that the user cares about USABILITY, Chris repeatedly talks about how “podcast” is a bad name. What a shame! Geeks drive me crazy sometimes.
