It was a holiday in every sense of the world - not just from work, but also from my normal recreational habits. <p>However I'm not sure I could do without internet access so easily if I was left in my normal environment, as the people were in this experiment. I suspect that "internet addiction" (to use a dumb phrase) is actually complex, and is only really "addictive" when associated with other lifestyle factors.
