    I doubt OOBE was ever popular inside companies. The thought process probably goes, “If they have the box, they’re already ours.” Few understand the role this could play in decreased returns, expecially when a strict or cumbersome return policy would do just as well.

    These people think nothing of spending 40 mil on a branding campaign, only to get people in front of a minimum wage kid with no training.
