Ergonomics Today — “According to Franzblau, when the cost of testing is factored into the mix, the overall expense for a company refusing to hire potential employees based on test results would exceed the benefits from the testing – totaling over $350,000, including the cost of screening more potential employees to compensate for those who were not hired. Franzblau also told Reuters Health that, while statistics weren’t available on the number of companies in the United States who used nerve testing to screen potential new-hires, his evidence suggested that “it’s not rare.””
