I have read your article. Its very informative and in understandable language. I think its very beneficial.

Movie

A movie is a visual performance of a play or story in flash or animated form by the combination of technical equipment, artists and crew. It is a powerful and well accepted source of entertainment all over the world among children, teenagers and youngsters alike. Movie making is a description of culture which movie maker is representing. The description of any issue whether it is a social issue, ethical, religious, adventurous, historical love or whatsoever has a deep sensation through film. It become more powerful tool when it is made for all audience normal and abnormal. It is a strong source of income, the only condition is that movie should be nearer to the reality.
To produce a good and successful movie heavy budget is required as Hollywood's adventures films require a bulky amount i.e, millions of dollars while small film industries make movies with the range of even less than one million rupees. Whatever amount of budget may be, a movie maker should consider key elements to produce a successful movie in which artists are the first important element because these are the people who would perform their character. They should be versatile so they can fulfill demand of scene easily. Location should be chosen relevant to the demand of scene and proper arrangement of lighting must be done i.e, if scene is being shoot at night then more light is required for better results. Sound system is very importance, without speaking, message can be easily conveyed to the audience with sound and instruments.
Movies are of many categories some of them are horror, some are love stories, adventures, comedy, political, social, religious or historical issue, science fiction etc. Audience are not only entertained with movies but also they are educated and get awareness. Online movies also exist for online audience. Online movies are an easy access and these can be downloaded without anxiety. Internet movie data base contains entire information regarding new movie releases, interviews and reviews etc.

They just want to be able to track you down after you've run up hundreds of dollars in late fees.

Consider it an ambit claim. Tell them you don't have a driver's license or a work phone number. If you really want to bend their minds, tell them you don't even have a home phone. You could also pay cash, and tell them you don't have a credit card. Don't give them your middle name.

None of this really benefits you (unless you want to skip out on those late fees), but it might make you feel better.

It seems over the top to me. The proces was designed by someone who thought, "More info is better for us, it protects our interests" without thinking about the balance or power between themselves and the customer. This approach is often taken by legal-oriented thinkers who have the orientation that one should put as many protections for their side in place as possible.

The average lawyer isn't concerned with the impact on the customer relationship because the customer is an adversary or a potential adversary. It's up to the people running the business to decide on the tradeoff between their legal protection and ease of use for the customer. Good lawyers will understand this and advise accordingly.

I recall a web site on e-mail disclaimer statements (those tags at the bottom that resemble the following:
"This E-mail and any files transmitted with it are in commercial confidence and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed. If you have received this E-mail in error please notify (the Administrator) by E-mail. Any views or opinions expressed are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of (company) or its affiliates."
Quote on the website:
'The disclaimers added to the end of emails are not legally binding, but it's always good practice to try and disclaim liability'.
That's a lawyer's mentality if I ever saw one. (Find this and other amusing items at http://www.emaildisclaimers.com/Index.htm.)

Anyway, we use Netflix these days and don't go to the store any longer.
