&lt;br /&gt;
If you define usable as properly managing users expectations, I think we all accept that there are time when there needs to be security, but the important thing is to make this process as easy as possible.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Security and usability only clash when tech overwhelms the user experience and common sense.&lt;br /&gt;
