An Introduction to XUL
Web Reference — “This article describes a few features of the cutting edge Web technology called XUL. XUL is a good choice for web pages that ask the user to perform complex data-entry tasks. XUL is available in Mozilla-based browsers, with various clones and alternatives now increasingly available. Here, we use the familiar task of going through a Website’s e-commerce checkout, where our shopping cart of selected goodies is reviewed, paid for, and scheduled for delivery.”

Three things:
1.) I got really excited about XUL at home on my PC, got to work, downloaded every os x version of mozilla and can’t get the XUL thing to work in my browser. I can really put XUL to work here but everyone is on OS X. Any suggestions?
2.) I haven’t been here in a long time. Where is everybody? As soon as you sterted the signup or dont comment, the comments went away right?
3.) Please ditch the black out lines! I loved the old webword, what happend? At least you kept the cool logo!

1. Can’t really help you. Sorry!
2. People are still here, lurking mostly. Put a registerted comment system in here, as suggested many moons ago. Now, no one wants to sign up and post. Frustrating! I’m making some BIG changes in WebWord soon. It will be for the best, trust me.
3. The logo is good and it’ll stay around. The black lines I might keep but the BIG changes (!) will take care of some of the issues you raise.
Thanks for the feedback!

Gagnier thinks UCSA is an effective organization and a valuable resource to UCI. I don’t always agree with some meetings that go on there, but in general it has been very helpful to our campus, said Gagnier.
