We had a discussion on this very topic on WebWord soon after UPA announced this program (http://www.usabilitymustdie.com/ww/WW_Weekly_Comments_01_Sep_2002.html).  Looks like they've changed it so it's not quite so absurd.  I still think it's extremely telling of UPA, and in no way positive.</description>
