					<description>No major suprises. I think these features are launched a) To show that a model has more features than its competitors and b) To attract youth markets? Get them hooked earlier?&lt;br /&gt;

I maintain that if you cannot get the simple features working well, the users will never buy into the more complex value added services. Have seen this repeated over and over again in so many products. Hence people not upgrading as much as they used to. Thoughts from the Webword community?</description>
