    You know what this site needs, John? To get rid of all these damn boxes around entries and make the “comments” link way more visible.

    Unless you do that, people won’t comment.

    What do people think about how progress is presented for web sites or web applications. An application we reviewed this week relies very heavily on the feedback provided by the spinning globe in the browser. In a focus group we completed today with users, they commented that this was not an effective way of showing progress about how long the page is taking to load the results.
