(1) The WebWord.com Usability Interviews were converted using a third party HTML to DOC conversion program. There are some artifacts, but the vast majority of the content is intact and readable. (2) In order to read the e-book, you'll need to have a DOC reader application on your Palm Pilot. Several of these readers are free. I personally like the shareware ($12.95) iSilo Reader and the (free) AportisDoc Reader.
