WebWord Weblog Posting

WebWord Comment -- One thing that freaks me out about the web is when my thoughts are reflected in what other people say and do. Often I will "randomly" find something but then moments later I will see that information again written by another person. I can't be the only person struck by these coincidences! In any event, over on Slashdot is was a link to CODeDOC. One of the items on CODeDOC is some artwork (i.e., Java program) done by Golan Levin. Out of all the things at CODeDOC, I liked Golan's program the best. At first I decided not to post the link to the program. However, only seconds later I decided to read this article by David Strom. In the article, David points to -- you guessed it -- the Golan Levin program.

I wonder if that sort of thing is like this line from Repo Man: "Say you're thinking about a plate of shrimp. Suddenly someone says plate, or shrimp, or plate of shrimp. Out of the blue. No use looking for one either. It's part of the lattice of coincidence that lays on top of everything."

(I looked this up on IMDB to make sure it was accurate, BTW)
