For those who have access to the Wall Street Journal, they have an interesting article on how SAP lost a major software deal with Lego to Oracle, then won it back because of the bugs in Oracle's software: "Fight for Lego Software Deal

I am surprised that there are not more lawsuits around this side of business.

If I buy a car and the steering wheel falls off...I don't just accept it.

Is it because they spend millions on this and the fear is that if they go public and say Oracle screwed me, their share price will get worked over?
