Customers Know Best (CIO.com via Ion Collider) -- "In the study, which was conducted by Syracuse, N.Y.-based market research and consulting firm Knowledge Systems & Research, Inc., 49 percent of online users said click-and-mortar retailers provided better customer service than Internet pure-plays. Only 9 percent said they preferred pure-play retailers, while 42 percent said there was no difference."
