The Face of Information Architecture (WebWord) -- "If I had one thing I wanted people to remember, it's that technology is here to serve people, not the other way around. When I hear 'stupid users' I cringe. Everything you design will be used by some poor human being. It's good to try to love that end user, and build something good for them, they way you might for your mom or your husband." (Comments: Nice interview!)
