Expert Review vs. Bug Testing (CHI-WEB via Carbon Log) -- "Therefore, there is a feeling among a significant chunk of these companies that professional usability reviews (not usability testing) just state the obvious, and if one were to spend time in-house on the product/website, the problems could be unraveled.
