WebWord Comment -- I like saying good things. I like saying happy things. You don't always get to see that here at WebWord because my purpose is to talk about usability. Despite what other folks might say, it means that I need to complain a lot. In any event, a great thing happened to me just a couple of days ago. I received an email from a real person from QWK.net, my hosting provider. The person simply wrote to ask how things were going and to ask if I needed any help. Wow!
