How Specialization Limited the Web (Web Techniques) -- "If you're one of those people who truly loves the Web and all of its component parts, do you have to choose one area of focus? Maybe not. (Comments: Worth a quick review. My main problem with it is the lack of focus on things like usability, customer experience, marketing, information architecture, and so on.)
