A new WebWord.com interview is now online:

Thinking Beyond Web Usability

Don Norman is a human factors super hero. If you
really want to dig into human factors, then you
are going to have to get up to speed with what
Don Norman has to say. He has written several
popular books, including the Psychology of
Everyday Things, which I absolutely recommend:

In this interview, Don talks about web usability.
While this is not his core strength, I thought
it would be fun to hear his thoughts on the
matter. By the end of the interview, I think
you'll be thinking differently; there's more
to a web site than usability.
